UK

Chase Farm Retreat, West Sussex

If you’re after nature-led wellbeing in a boutique countryside escape, then Chase Farm Retreat could be the one for you. As a fully working farm, their cottage stays allow you to be immersed in country life, while still featuring all the wellness staples: a wood-fired sauna, cold plunge pool, and hot tub overlooking the meadows. They also offer yoga, reiki, hypnotherapy and massages, so you can return home feeling completely refreshed.

Estelle Manor, Oxfordshire

Estelle Manor is a country house hotel and private members’ club in Oxfordshire and their beautiful Eynsham Baths Spa has been designed to evoke the historic style of the Roman Baths. Their ‘Thermal Journey’ experience offers guests the opportunity to move between six different thermal areas to stimulate the body’s immune system and metabolic rate. Their other treatments draw inspiration from healing rituals found within Indian, Tibetan and Chinese traditions and use plant remedies and natural medicine to help you feel your best.

The Detox Barn, Suffolk

This four-night longevity retreat at the Detox Barn has a fun twist: it’s hosted by the Gavin Sisters, a comedy double act, and is designed to be filled with laughter to feed the soul. Your schedule will also include the wellness activities you would usually expect, from a Wim Hof-style ice bath session and longevity expert talk, to breathwork and nutrition workshops.

Europe

House of Somatics, Italy

House of Somatics is based in the UK and runs events, retreats, and somatic coaching (the mind and body working together) to allow you to destress in a mindful way. This year they’re offering a six-night women’s yoga retreat in Italy for you to reconnect with your body, tap into your intuition, and explore your creativity amongst other women. There will be nourishing meals, yoga, meditation, journaling, dedicated holistic rituals for reflection, as well as plenty of time to walk in nature, swim and fully relax.

Minos Palace Resort, Crete

An adults-only resort in the beautiful Mirabello Bay, Minos Palace define their wellbeing concept, Nao, as the scientific journey to longevity. Their programme, The Nao Method, looks into their four core pillars of wellness: nutrition, sleep, movement, and self-mastery. Therapists will assess you for the ‘12 hallmarks of ageing’ and you’ll receive a personalised itinerary including treatments, lifestyle interventions, and a tailored nutrition plan. This thorough approach is sure to give you the techniques you need to continue glowing back home.

Rosewood Hotel, Austria

Rosewood Hotel in Salzburg is a beautiful lakeside spot that boasts a gorgeous spa with a sauna, ice swimming, sound healing, and moonlight meditations. They have also partnered with Sanctum, a mindful movement community, to create a new wellness experience: ‘From Winter to Renewal’ that looks to help pull you out of the heaviness of winter. Combining ancient traditions with modernity, they use music-driven movement to help you reconnect with your body and clear your mind. As part of this experience you can also expect masterclasses with skincare experts and guided walks to make the most of that fresh Austrian air.

The Longevity Suite, Italy

The Longevity Suite in Milan offers advanced biohacking and anti-aging, and their Longevity Method is born of more than 20 years of research. Their spa is found in The Portrait Milano hotel and uses high-tech visions of wellness inspired by the ‘Blue Zones’ – the five longest-lived locations on Earth. You can expect a mix of exposure to the cold, detoxing through your diet and personalised treatments for your skin, and opportunities to slow down to assist with stress management. Get ready to take longevity seriously.

Engel Ayurpura, Italy

With an idyllic setting in the Dolomites, this adult-only environment specialises in tailored Ayurvedic itineraries. Activities at Engel Ayurpura might include Ayurvedic cookery classes, mindful flower arranging, art therapy, mountain meditation, Alpine yoga and star-gazing. There are specialist Ayurvedic chefs, a vegetarian menu and the best of fresh, local ingredients. Guests who wish to remain silent for quiet contemplation can wear a flower pin so they won’t be disturbed.

Further afield

Hoshinoya Okinawa, Japan

Japan boasts the world’s longest life expectancy with nearly 100,000 people aged 100 or older. Why not take their advice with this stay at Hoshinoya Okinawa resort? Their Ryuku Wellness Programme harnesses Okinawa’s culture and nature to help restore your balance. Taking place over four days, it takes you through cycles of tension and relaxation to strengthen both body and mind. You can expect Karate training in a seaside dojo to help focus on your breathing and awareness, while oil treatments and herbal root teas will ease fatigue in the body and allow you to unwind.

One & Only Mandarina, Mexico

One & Only in Mandarina is a luxury beach resort that was crowned one of the World’s 50 Best Hotels in 2025 for the third year running. Their spa leans into the restorative power of nature drawing on indigenous Mexican practices that date back centuries. From mud baths and natural springs, to saunas and steam rooms that have views into the jungle, you can also connect with a spiritual guide to help uncover wellness through healing of your mind and body.

Gili Lankanfushi, Maldives

Gili Lankanfushi is a five-star eco-luxury resort in the Maldives with holistic wellness at the heart of what they do. Last year they introduced a zodiac themed treatment at their Meera Spa, a 150-minute Rasi Pairing Journey that takes place over two days. Drawing inspiration from Ayurveda principles, this twist on a classic treatment will connect your zodiac sign to its natural element, which then aligns with specific spa treatments. For example, Pisces, Scorpio and Cancer are water signs known for their nurturing personalities that can indulge in crystal healing and Tibetan singing bowl therapy, whilst earth signs Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn can enjoy reflexology and hiking.

Las Torres Patagonia, Chile

If you’re more of the doing type and want to add some adventure to your search for longevity, then Las Torres Patagonia in Chile’s Torres del Paine National Park could be the place for you. They’ve coined the idea of ‘wild wellness’ and want to champion the ideas of community, disconnecting from the online world, embracing nature, and eating organic locally grown produce. From horseback rides with the resident cowboys to quiet mornings in the biointensive garden, this alternative to the longevity narrative offers something much simpler: reconnect with the land to feel your best.
