Using the best British seasonal ingredients and cooked simply using classical techniques, Starling’s menu showcases the best that British dining has to offer, with gorgeous dishes like Cornish day boat brill with seaweed butter, leek and parsnip, and Creedy Carver duck with cherry ketchup, leg croustillant and tardivo. Saturday and Sunday bookings are full, but you can still book for Friday.
