WIMBLEDON

The annual Wimbledon Winterfest returns this year on 23^rd November for a day chock-full of festive fun in Wimbledon town centre. Riverside Radio will be broadcasting live from the community stage, showcasing the talent of local choirs and dance groups, and there will be a Santa’s grotto for kids to visit all day. You can also book a slot at the magical ice rink at Wimbledon Quarter and stroll through the Christmas market on the Piazza. The day will finish with a spectacular fireworks display.

PUTNEY

On 30^th November, Putney will host a full festive day where the community stage will showcase performances from local schools, dance and drama groups on Church Square starting at 10am. There will also be a fabulous Frosty Films Ice Sculpture Trail from 10am until 6pm, where you can follow the treasure map to tick off a whopping 22 ice sculptures. The light switch-on will take place at 5pm.

KINGSTON

Kingston will be hosting its magical Christmas market in the Ancient Market Place from 14^th November all the way until 5^th January. You will be able to wander around twinkling fairy lights, shop for handmade festive gifts, sip on mulled wine and munch on mince pies.

WANDSWORTH

On 30^th November the Wandsworth Town Christmas Festival returns at Southside! You can head there for the Christmas lights switch on, a Santa’s Grotto where kids can give Father Christmas their wish list, live performances and the chance to buy festive gifts at the Maker’s Market.

SUTTON

29^th November marks the launch of Sutton Community Christmas, filled to the brim with magical fun. At 4:30pm the celebrations will kick off with performances at Trinity Square and fairground rides on the high street. There will then be a spectacular Christmas tree light switch on at Manor Park at 5pm.

EPSOM

The Epsom Christmas Lights Switch On will take place on 22^nd November from 4pm, featuring a great variety of local performers in the Market Place, followed by the lights switch on with the Mayor at 6:30pm. There will also be loads of family fun to be had, from fun fair rides, a ferris wheel and delish food stalls, candy floss, mulled wine and mince pies.
