Ice Skating at Wimbledon Quarter
22 November – 4 January
Set within Wimbledon Quarter’s magical winter wonderland, their ice rink is back for its third year, providing weather-proof festive fun for families, friends and couples of all ages and abilities. There will also be dedicated quiet and sensory-friendly slots, as well as children’s skates and aids. You can wander round the Christmas market on the Piazza afterwards to grab a warming post-skate hot chocolate.
Ice Rink Canary Wharf
25 October – 23 February
You can experience the magic of winter as Ice Rink Canary Wharf opens up again! Open until the end of February, it’s London’s longest running seasonal ice rink and comes jam-packed full of themed events, complimentary face painting for the little ones and plenty of food and drink pre- or post-skate.
Hampton Court Palace Ice Rink
21 November – 7 January
Set against the backdrop of Henry VIII’s historic home, Hampton Court Palace Ice Rink is back for another year amidst the majesty of the palace. New to the rink this year will be live sculpting displays, DJ sets on the ice, Santa on ice, and family face painting. The café & bar will be serving up hot chocolate, mulled wine, and hot toddies from Department of Coffee & Social Affairs, plus festive bakes from Dee Light Bakery.
Glide at Battersea Power Station
7 November – 4 January
London’s only riverside ice rink, Boots Presents Glide at Battersea Power Station, returns this winter and introduces London’s first ever scenic ice-skating trail.
Skate at Somerset House
12 November – 11 January
From skating lessons with Skate School and the Chilled Out sessions, to trailblazing DJs on the rink-side decks, this is a festive highlight at Somerset House. There will also be a selection of pop-up restaurants and bars, including gourmet dining at The Chalet and rink-side views at The Skate Lounge.
Skate Leicester Square
1 November – 4 January
Leicester Square’s first ever ice rink debuts this year! Skate Leicester Square will bring a brand new outdoor ice rink to the heart of the West End, along with sparkling Christmas lights, a pop up market and music.
