Tell us about the exciting expansion of Florentina Boutique.

The recent expansion of Florentina Boutique has been an exciting milestone for us. What began as a small independent boutique has grown into one of the largest fashion boutiques in south west London. The expansion has allowed us to introduce a new styling studio ready to serve the community for Wimbledon tennis. We wanted the boutique to feel more than just a shop — a place where women can enjoy the experience of fashion, discover new looks, and receive genuine personal styling while having a drink in our summer gardens.

Tell us about the launch event you held for the expansion!

To celebrate the expansion, we hosted a special launch event for our customers and local community with a massive fashion show, showing more than twenty outfits worn by our model, DJ Sally. It was a wonderful evening filled with fashion, styling inspiration and a chance for clients to explore the new collections in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Community has always been at the heart of Florentina, and events like this allow us to connect with the women who have supported us throughout our journey.

What trends and pieces are you excited about for the summer season?

Belts are making a big comeback and really elevate an outfit; lace in skirts and shirts; wide leg trousers; unusual blouses that can go from work to evening (not just a classic white shirt for the office). I’m loving the trending colours: chocolate (rust), burgundy, mint green, transformative teal, electric fuchsia.

We do private evenings just for you and your closest friends, where you will have exclusive access to a personal styling experience, and we tailor looks just for your group. Then, you can shop together in a relaxed, after-hours setting, and as a special touch, we’ll treat you to a catered dinner: sushi, curry – you name it. It’s the perfect way to celebrate friendship, fashion, and fun, only at Florentina.

What do you love most about running the shop? 

There is something so special about seeing a woman walk out feeling confident because she found that perfect fit, no stress, no endless returns. Just a real, personal win.
