This restaurant made history in February when it became the UK’s first plant-based Michelin restaurant. Plates London offers inventive vegan dishes from founder and chef Kirk Hawoth who started the restaurant with his sister Keeley. The restaurant focuses on sustainability and appreciating nature by exposing audiences to the versatility of food.
