The Merton Best Business Awards 2026 are open for businesses to enter following a launch event at Caddi Club in Wimbledon Quarter recently. These highly respected and established awards are a celebration of the people, ideas and enterprises that keep Merton thriving. From start-ups and independent traders to growing SMEs and established employers, each year the awards bring together businesses, civic leaders, educators and community partners to recognise excellence, resilience and positive impact across the borough.
Whilst they culminate in a fantastic awards gala event the Merton Best awards are far more than the event itself. They provide a platform to spotlight local success stories, share best practice and strengthen the relationships that underpin a strong local economy and business environment.
The awards are organised by Merton Chamber of Commerce and supported by local businesses and associations who are actively supporting local enterprise, championing talent and playing a visible role in Merton’s future. Merton Council are Headline Sponsor and Time & Leisure Media are a founding media Partner and proud supporters of these awards again in 2026 with the Best in Creative Industries sponsored by our design agency, TLC Creative Agency. Now in their 14th year, the Awards are open to enter with a vast array of categories spanning a range of industries so there really is a category for everyone to be involved in. Entries are online and close on Monday 29th June 2026.
