Q&A with Kasia Richter, Founder of Wellbeing Strategist
What inspired you to create your retreats?
I created the retreats that I wish had existed when I needed them most. Having experienced burnout, depression and major life transitions, I realised there isn’t one solution, it’s a combination of practices that support real change. My training across yoga, bodywork, sound healing and psychology shaped this approach. I wanted to offer women a space to pause, reset and reconnect, particularly at those moments when everything looks fi ne externally but feels misaligned internally. Travel is a key part of that. Stepping out of your environment creates the space where real shifts can happen.
Tell us about your Norway retreat. What makes it special?
Norway is intentionally different. The stillness of Husøy Island, surrounded by fjords and forest, creates an immediate sense of calm. We combine Pilates, yoga and sound healing with time in nature, allowing guests to fully switch off. What stays with people is the connection to their body, to nature and to other women. It’s a quiet, grounding reset that’s hard to replicate elsewhere.
How does the Cyprus retreat differ?
Cyprus offers warmth and softness. Set in a peaceful hilltop village, it’s about slow living, deeper reflection and gentle transformation. Alongside movement and sound healing, we explore personal development topics such as mindset, wellbeing and lifestyle habits. It’s restorative but also expansive. Guests often leave with a renewed sense of direction.
Who are these retreats for?
They’re for women who have achieved a lot, but feel out of balance. Women ready to pause, reflect and realign with how they truly want to live.
What do guests leave with?
Less than they arrived with, in the best possible way! Clarity, calm and practical tools but most importantly, a stronger connection to themselves. Most come for a retreat. Many leave with a plan.
