Opening on 6 September 2024, Good Measure is set to be Tooting’s newest and most ambitious secret bar. Located underneath Tooting favourite Taiwanese restaurant Daddy Bao, it’ll transform the hidden basement storeroom into an oasis of subterranean drinking, serving up punchy cocktails with a Taiwanese twist, all inspired by the cocktail scene of Taipei. The menu features highlights including a Peanut Old Fashioned, made with peanut-infused Buffalo Trace, brown sugar syrup and chocolate bitters, and a Taipei Sour made with plum, lemon, guava and cinnamon syrup.
