Rachel: Edition Clinic is the first of its kind in that it offers a comfortable experience in a relaxed environment while ensuring the experience and clinical excellence of a bespoke medical practice.
What do you love about what you do?
Rachel: What I love most is helping patients regain their confidence, by providing consultations, treatment plans and solutions to their concerns. It is incredibly fulfilling to know that my work can make a difference in someone’s day, whether it’s providing a helpful answer, solving a problem, or simply being a reliable source of knowledge and reassurance.
Unnati: Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what drives me. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of knowing that I’ve exceeded someone’s expectations. When patients express their gratitude or share that I’ve made their lives better, it reaffirms why I do what I do. Each positive interaction is a reminder of the impact I can have, and it motivates me to continuously improve and strive for excellence.
What’s your favourite body treatment to deliver?
Rachel: I am highly enthusiastic about laser hair removal. Our state-of-the-art machine delivers outstanding results for all skin types. Many patients who have previously used other hair removal techniques have been overjoyed by the significant reductions in hair growth after just a few sessions with our technology, compared with other methods.
What’s new in effective treatments?
Rachel: Morpheus8 is a fractional rejuvenation treatment that pairs microneedling and radiofrequency (RF) energy by creating controlled microinjuries that reduce wrinkles and improves skin laxity to slow the effects of aging and restore the skin to its youthful appearance. This treatment can be applied to any areas that would benefit from skin renewal and tightening, such as lower and upper eyelid, smile lines, forehead, and cheeks, as well as abdomen and legs. This treatment is especially effective for those patients who want to achieve tightness and rejuvenation but don’t necessarily want to receive injectables. We have developed our own Morpheus8 protocols to ensure patient comfort during and after the procedure.
What are the unique offerings of Edition Clinic?
Adriana: We take great pride in our ability to customize and combine treatments to achieve outstanding results. Our carefully developed treatment combinations are designed to maximize efficacy. For instance, we often begin with a Hydrafacial to clear and decongest the skin, followed by a more advanced treatment such as micro-needling or PRX-T33 peels to prolong and enhance the results. Edition Clinic is also a PRX Therapy Centre of Excellence lead by global key opinion leader for the brand, Dr Zunaid Alli.
What are the biggest challenges in your role?
Rachel: One of the greatest challenges is certainly dispelling myths, rumours and incorrect information about the treatments that we offer, especially in a time where social media and the media in general play a huge role in influencing treatment expectations. While we strive to achieve exceptional results with each treatment, it’s important to understand that outcomes vary for each patient, and often require the expertise of a skilled practitioner, dedication of a regimented skin care routine, as well as an ongoing treatment plan. It all starts at the consultation and skin examination part of the patient journey.

What’s next? What are your hopes and plans for the future?
Rachel: We have some exciting developments on the horizon, including the introduction of lip blush services that will be introduced at the clinic next month. We’re also dedicated to making this treatment as pain-free and comfortable as possible for our clients. As we continue to grow and innovate, our ultimate goal is to be recognized as the most trusted and top independent medical aesthetics clinic in Wimbledon.
